About Us

Martech UK Ltd is a privately-owned business and since our foundation in 1993, our aim has been to offer a comprehensive design and manufacturing service of luminaires and lighting components to OEMs.

Over the past 10 years we have established an enviable reputation for product innovation, customer service and the ability to deliver on time and to budget.

After 8 years of sustained growth, we moved into our purpose-built 35,000 sq ft factory in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. We currently employ over 50 full-time staff and are engaged in negotiaions to build an additional 30,000 sq ft production and warehouse facility.

ACQUISITIONS
In 1998, Martech UK Ltd bought the northern based Gamma Illumination, a manufacturer of low voltage and discharge luminaires.

In 2000, Martech UK Ltd bought Litetronics UK Ltd, a designer and manufacturer of specialist luminaires for open-cell ceiling systems.

In 2003, Martech UK Ltd bought Fast Track Wiring Systems, a plug & socket / wiring systems manufacturer based in the south, which, with huge investment in product development, has been re-branded as RISE Advanced Cable Systems.

The above are all currently operated as separate divisions of Martech UK Ltd.
